Cadillac Aera Concept 2010

The 2010 Cadillac Aera concept vehicle won the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show Design Challenge. This is the seventh year for the contest, and this year designers were asked to envision the “1,000 lb. car” and tasked to imagine an efficient four-passenger vehicle that maintained comfort, safety, driving performance and style while not exceeding the weight requirement.

Cadillac Converj Concept 2009

The four-passenger 2010 Cadillac Converj concept’s Voltec technology enables up to 60 kilometers of gas- and emissions-free electric driving with extended-range capability of hundreds of kilometers. The 2010 Cadillac Converj’s Voltec electric propulsion system is made up of a 16-kWh, T-shaped battery, an electric drive unit, and a four-cylinder engine generator. It uses electricity as its primary source to drive the car.

Cadillac CTS-V 2009

Combining the serious performance of an elite sports car with the poise of a luxury sedan, the 2009 CTS-V is Cadillac’s ultimate expression of performance and luxury. Part of Cadillac’s acclaimed V-Series of high-performance models, the CTS-V delivers 556 horsepower (415 kW) at 6,100 rpm – making it the most powerful production Cadillac ever and one of the world’s fastest and most capable sedans.

Cadillac STS 2008

The 2008 Cadillac STS, featuring refreshed signature styling inside and out; a new, standard 298-horsepower (222 kW) V-6 engine; and a host of new vehicle technologies, debuts at next week’s New York Auto Show, April 6-15, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. “For the past two decades, the Cadillac STS has been a showcase of luxury, performance and technology,” said Jim Taylor, Cadillac general manger.

Cadillac CTS-V Factory Race Car 2008

After years of drift and an alarming drop in sales through the Nineties, Cadillac division and the GM board of directors hatched a plan to resurrect the brand and rescue the oldest automobile manufacturer in America. After a number of false starts, in 2003 the company found new direction in the CTS sports sedan, whose chiseled features were the product of Cadillac’s new “Art and Design” styling approach.
